Christ-centered recovery coaching

Practice who you want to bewhen it matters.

ReNewing helps men prepare for hard moments, build honest daily rhythms, and take the next right step—with faith, accountability, and a private place to practice.

  • Built around privacy
  • Coaching, not clinical care
  • Grounded in Scripture

A moment to practice

Before the conversation happens

“I need to tell the truth without becoming defensive.”

What do you want the other person to understand—and what do you need to own?
I want them to feel heard. I need to own that I hid what was happening.
Practice, reflect, then take the conversation into real life.

Conceptual example of the ReNewing coaching experience; not a clinical interaction.

The practice loop

Change is built before the hard moment.

Insight matters. Rehearsal turns it into a response you can reach for when fear, anger, shame, or temptation is loud.

  1. 01

    Prepare

Name the conversation, trigger, or choice in front of you.

  2. 02

    Practice

Rehearse a response with empathy, honesty, and healthy boundaries.

  3. 03

    Reflect

Notice the pattern, choose a next step, and ground it in truth.

  4. 04

    Live it

Enter the real moment with more clarity, courage, and integrity.

Unambiguously Christ-centered

Recovery is more than avoiding the old life.

ReNewing brings spiritual formation into the daily work: telling the truth, making repair, renewing thought patterns, practicing self-control, and walking with other men toward freedom.

Read our ethical commitments

For churches & recovery programs

Extend the work without replacing the people doing it.

Give men a structured companion between group meetings, coaching conversations, and pastoral care—with a clear boundary around what technology should and should not do.

Explore partnerships

A clear boundary is part of good care.

Coaching, not treatment

ReNewing does not diagnose conditions, provide therapy, or replace qualified medical or mental-health care.

AI with a limited role

The coach helps with reflection and practice. It is not a person, pastor, clinician, sponsor, or emergency responder.

Real help for urgent moments

If you may harm yourself or someone else, call emergency services. In the U.S., call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Questions

Start with clarity.

What is ReNewing?

ReNewing is a Christ-centered recovery coaching companion for adult men. It brings guided practice, daily check-ins, reflection, progress, and community into one focused experience.

Is ReNewing therapy or clinical care?

No. ReNewing is a coaching and self-reflection tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace therapy, medical care, pastoral counseling, or emergency services.

How does AI fit into the experience?

AI supports private practice and reflection: helping you prepare for a hard conversation, examine a pattern, or identify a practical next step. It is bounded by the same coaching—not clinical—role.

Can a church or recovery program use ReNewing?

That is the direction of our partner pathway. Churches and programs can contact our team to discuss member access, structured content, and accountable rollout options.
